An Intimate and Full Service DJ Company
We have a handful of DJs that work exclusively for us and a stable of other DJs, musicians, and preferred vendors that we can recommend to help you put together your “A” team. We can help you find the live music you want for your ceremony and/or cocktails or provide the music ourselves.
Nellie and Wendy run the day-to-day operations, handle all the logistics and can answer any and all questions throughout the process. Tim helps with music and social media, and Dave handles all initial inquiries and still personally DJs select gigs. We have multiple sound systems for a variety of scenarios whether you need a quiet generator in a remote area, sound reinforcement and music for an outdoor ceremony, or uplighting to add some ambiance to your event space, we have you covered.
Over the years we’ve worked with the best professionals in the business. While there are many great event planners that can help you along the way, our experience can be invaluable when it comes to “day of” timing and flow, whether you are a do-it-yourself bride or working with hands on venue coordinators, or an event planner. With so much riding on your event, the music is such an important element and our knowledge and experience is invaluable in adhering to your tastes and executing your vision so your wedding (or event) is the best party of your life. What to ExpectWhen you’re ready to hire us to DJ your event, you can visit the Check Availability page of our site. You’ll be asked to fill out a few brief, confidential questions that will help us to help you have the best possible event. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an automated email letting you know we got your inquiry and a follow up call from Nellie or Dave to answer all our questions and get a better idea of your tastes and vision. By the end of the call we will have an idea of which DJ will be a good fit both artistically and budget-wise and will set up a call or meeting with that DJ, if desired. It’s not imperative but we find it very helpful to have you personally meet with your DJ at some point so you have a relationship and feel comfortable that they understand your needs and can execute your vision. Addressing some common concerns: Every one of my DJs is fully insured with a million dollars of liability insurance. All of our DJs have backup equipment, which can also help a second set up or in case of an emergency. We arrive early, stay late and dress like a well-dressed guest. Our set up is minimal and unobtrusive, as is our presence and approach. While we are all accomplished public speakers and can make announcements as needed/desired, please note that we control the flow of the event with music and not the mic.
